Daphne Lim

Daphne Lim possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Group Retail and Early Careers at UOB since January 2022, after previously holding roles such as Volume and Campus Recruitment Lead and Vice President - Campus Recruitment within the same organization. Prior to UOB, Daphne worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Atome and StarHub, and as an HR Manager for Talent Acquisition at UOB. Earlier roles include Senior Executive HR at Resorts World Sentosa and HR Executive at GE Healthcare, where Daphne was involved in various HR functions, including training program development and employee wellness initiatives. Daphne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from RMIT University and a Certificate II in Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Sydney.
