Dr. Richie Lee

Dr. Richie Lee serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Sustainability at UOB, overseeing the bank's global sustainability strategy and initiatives in areas such as decarbonization, carbon neutrality, and supplier engagement. Prior to this role, Dr. Lee was the Director of Sustainability at Sentosa Development Corporation, where sustainable projects were implemented towards carbon neutrality by 2030. As Co-Founder of K. S. Lee Energy LLP, renewable energy project advisory and development were the focus. Prior experience includes leadership roles in energy management at Esquel Group, Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, CBRE, and Schneider Electric. Dr. Lee holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and has an extensive educational background in engineering and technology management.
