Henry Santoso

Henry Santoso is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer at UOB since September 2022, Henry previously held key positions at HSBC as the Regional Credit Officer for Priority Markets and at Permata Bank Indonesia as the Executive Vice President, Head of Risk Management for Retail & SME Banking. With a solid foundation in credit risk management, Henry has improved portfolio growth and stability across multiple financial institutions including Citibank in various capacities across different regions. Henry holds an MBA in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.B.A. in Finance from Iowa State University.
