Jonathan Pang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and customer experience leadership, currently serving as the Group Customer Experience Lead for the UOB TMRW Mobile App and overseeing web management and digital solutions since July 2015. Jonathan has been promoted to Vice President and First Vice President during tenure at UOB, where responsibilities include driving strategy and governance for web management across various teams and countries. Previous experience includes roles as Product & Marketing Director at Maven Lab Pte Ltd, Sales Director at Chalkboard Pte Ltd, and Regional Digital Marketing Director at Inetasia Solutions Limited. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and completed additional courses in Fintech and AI in Finance.
