Marv Toland

Marv Toland has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Marv started their career at EXXON CORPORATION AND AFFILIATES, where they worked in different divisions and was promoted multiple times for their success in fixing failing departments. Marv then joined Brooks Sports as the CFO, where they played a crucial role in creating financial and systems structures and significantly increasing revenue. Marv later joined London Fog as the CFO/RO, where they merged the back office functions of several operating groups. Toland also worked at Eddie Bauer, holding positions such as SVP Customer Relationship Management and SVP - Ecommerce and Catalog. Their responsibilities included overseeing marketing, creative functions, Ecommerce Analytics and Insights, and P/L responsibility for the Ecommerce Channel. Marv then became the Chief Financial Officer at United Pacific, leading the finance, accounting, banking, inventory management, and tax functions. Under their leadership, the company grew significantly and expanded through acquisitions and leasing.

Marv Toland completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics at Western Washington University between 1979 and 1983. Marv then pursued further education at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 1983 to 1985.
