Hayley Duffy

Hayley Duffy is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in the design and management of engineering projects, particularly within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Director of Design and Engineering at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment since August 2018, Hayley previously held the position of Project Manager at the same company. Before this role, Hayley worked at General Dynamics Mission Systems as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on security upgrades for Navy sites. Early career experiences include a project management internship at Morse Project Management and engineering internships at Premier Rides, Inc. and Six Flags Great Adventure & Safari, where contributions included ride design and operational duties. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, obtained in 2016.
