Paul Kirchner currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Labor & Employment at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, advising on various labor, employment, and health & safety issues since 2019. Prior to this role, Paul Kirchner spent over two decades at Tyson Foods, where responsibilities escalated from Workers’ Compensation Litigation Attorney to Vice President & Associate General Counsel, overseeing complex employment law matters and leading defense strategies for high-stakes litigation. Paul Kirchner began legal career as a Law Clerk/Associate at Davis, Gleason & Green. Paul Kirchner holds a Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
