Esat Berkay DİNÇ has a solid work experience in customer service and customer relationship management roles. Esat Berkay started their career at BTC Turk in January 2021 as a Customer Service Representative. Esat Berkay then worked at Bitexen as a Customer Service Representative from April 2021 to November 2021. In 2022, they joined Birleşik Ödeme as a Customer Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Relationship Management Specialist at TM Marketing Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi starting from January 2023.

Esat Berkay DİNÇ started their education in 2019 and completed their associate degree in Public Relations and Advertising at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University in 2021. Esat Berkay then pursued further education and enrolled in Istanbul University in 2021, where they are currently working towards their bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Advertising, expected to graduate in 2023.
