Mervyn Myers

Mervyn Myers is an experienced development specialist with a strong background in fundraising and campaign management, having held prominent positions at various organizations since 1991. Currently serving as Development Director at United Planning Organization since April 2013, Mervyn is responsible for designing and executing fundraising activities, enhancing donor relations, and overseeing multiple giving campaigns. Prior to this, Mervyn directed a successful $2 million Capital Campaign at Melvin J. Berman Hebrew Academy and led significant fundraising initiatives at Maimonides Academy of Baltimore and Soille San Diego Hebrew Day School. Mervyn holds an M.B.A. in Financial Management, a CA(SA) equivalent to CPA in Accounting, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Cape Town.
