Tareq Anbousi

Tareq Anbousi, CFA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tareq is currently employed at United Real Estate Company (URC), where they hold the position of Chief Investment Officer since June 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President from June 2022 to June 2023, Investment Director from March 2021 to June 2022, and Associate Director from April 2018 to March 2021 at URC. Before joining URC, Tareq worked as a Senior Investments Associate at URC from November 2016 to April 2018.

In addition to their work at URC, Tareq has also served as a Board Member at United Facilities Management since August 2021 and Kuwait Hotels Company since June 2020. Tareq previously worked as an Investment Analyst at ALARGAN from January 2015 to October 2016 and as a Senior Financial Analyst at KPMG from February 2013 to January 2015. Tareq also has prior experience as a Summer Internship Student at Global Investment House in 2006.

Tareq obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering & Management during their time at McMaster University. Tareq also holds a CFA Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute.
