Bonnie Mays

Bonnie Shearer Mays is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience spanning several decades. As CEO and Broker at United Real Estate in both Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky since November 2014, Bonnie focuses on agent recruitment and success. Bonnie has held other leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer and Principal Broker at United Real Estate Lexington since May 2013, and Senior Vice President at Realty World International from May 1999 to April 2013, where coaching and education for real estate professionals were priorities. Earlier, Bonnie was the Broker and Owner of Mays & Associates, Inc., focusing on business development and agent growth from May 1989 to April 2013. Bonnie has been recognized as Broker of the Year by United Real Estate in 2013, and holds a Bachelor of Music Education and Master of Arts in Education from the University of Kentucky.
