Kristi Faulkner

Kristi Faulkner has extensive experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Kristi currently holds the position of Vice President of Organizational Development at United Regional Health Care System, where Kristi leads various departments to recruit, develop, and retain a high performing workforce. Prior to this role, Kristi worked at Aetna as a Senior HR Consultant/Business Partner and at The Associates Corporation of North America as an Assistant Director of Human Resources. Kristi earned their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of North Texas.
