Erin Neumann

Erin Neumann is currently the VP of Operations Excellence at United Rentals. Erin has previous experience working as a Manager at A.T. Kearney, Transformation Manager at Sikorsky Aircraft, Quality Clinic Lead at Hamilton Sundstrand, Supply Chain Associate at UTC Fire & Security, and Shop Floor Control Manager at Pratt & Whitney. Erin has also worked in Corporate Strategy & Business Development at United Technologies.

Erin Neumann graduated with a B.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland in Business Admin and International Business. Erin then went on to get their MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in Global Strategy, Leadership & Change Management. After that, they completed a High Potentials Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
