Alison Stanley is an HR Director with wide-ranging commercial and public sector experience in leadership, organisational change and the development and implementation of effective, engaging people management practices.
She qualified and practiced as an employment lawyer, heading up employment law at British Airways, before moving into senior HR roles at Barclays and then moving to the public sector as a HR Director at DWP.
Up until July 2018 Alison was HR Director of Civil Service Employee Policy and Reward, a new cross government consultancy service based in the Cabinet office which she created and led.
She has deep expertise and experience in all areas of employee policy and pay, including workplace adjustment for employees with disabilities, wellbeing and equal opportunities.
