Be McCarroll

Be has worked in the social housing sector for over 20 years, working for large housing providers and local authorities across the country.

Prior to joining United Response Be worked for Anchor Housing, the largest housing provider for older people in England.

Be is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is committed to increasing diversity within the sector. She also coaches many aspiring housing leaders.

Be is passionate about housing and community inclusion and is keen to promote the impact that good housing can have on the wellbeing of the people we support.

She believes that good housing design and sustainability are the foundation blocks for how well a person is able to connect within their local community.
