Marcie Peters

Marcie Peters is the President and CEO of United Salt Corporation, a top five salt producer, since August 2019, where Marcie leads the strategic direction across four sites in the southern U.S. Prior to this role, Marcie spent nearly 16 years at Solvay, serving as General Manager for both the Peroxides NA and Engineering Plastics NA divisions, where substantial profitability improvements and production capacity expansions were achieved. Marcie also held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain in a $1B chemical company, managing logistics, regulatory compliance, and customer service across multiple plants. Marcie holds an MBA in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.
