Michael McLennan

Michael McLennan has over 30 years of banking experience and has held various roles in different companies. Michael started their career at Plaza Bank of Commerce as a Commercial Lender in 1985. Michael later worked at Pacific Capital Bancorp as a VP Relationship Manager from 2001 to 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Greater Bay Bank as a VP - Senior Relationship Manager. Michael then joined Pacific Valley Bank as a VP - Senior Relationship Manager from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, they joined Bank of the Sierra as SVP Special Assets Administrator, a role they held until 2022. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Suncrest Bank as a Special Assets/Specialty Finance Manager. In 2022, they joined Citizens Business Bank as a Vice President Special Assets Officer but only worked there until May 2022. Currently, they are working at United Security Bank as a Vice President Commercial Loan Officer. In addition to their banking roles, they also served as Chairman at Monterey American Red Cross from 2001 to 2009 and owned their own consulting business, McLennan Enterprises, providing independent consulting services to small to mid-size commercial clients using their extensive banking experience.

Michael McLennan attended San Jose State University from 1988 to 1990, where they studied Finance. Michael is currently a candidate at the Graduate School of Banking Colorado, focusing on Banking.
