Joseph Syler Jr.

Joseph Syler Jr. has extensive professional experience, currently serving as a Supervising Usher for the United Shore Professional Baseball League since May 2016, while also holding a long-term position as a Teacher with Utica Community Schools since September 1995. In the educational role, Joseph has taught various subjects, including US History, Digital Literacy and Media Design, Choir, Drama, and Instrumental Music. Prior to this, Joseph worked at Casual Concepts Inc. from April 1984 to September 1993, handling stock and managing delivery and warehouse operations. Joseph's educational background includes multiple advanced degrees in Teacher Education, Technology, and Humanities from institutions such as Central Michigan University, Wayne State University, and Marygrove College, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Western Michigan University.
