Digital Marketing Manager

The position requires a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven leader with an excellent work ethic and managing a growing team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will directly impact the company’s digital advertising, product launches, and digital marketing strategy. This role will manage a team of marketing professionals.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Lead and coordinate the efforts of the digital marketing team in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across all relevant channels - including digital advertising, SEO, SEM, social media SMS, email, video marketing, community management, reputation, and customer loyalty programs
  • Create and manage an ongoing sales and promotional calendar
  • Track, analyze, and report all relevant KPIs & metrics
  • Ensure properly configured technical tracking of relevant conversions, dimensions, and metrics across all digital areas of the company different brands
  • Create visual dashboards for tracking and displaying KPIs across functional teams
  • Participate in weekly company-wide meetings to present progress updates
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and pitch new ideas to the team

Qualifications

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must have at least 3+ years of experience working with B2C and B2B companies
  • Has managed a team of at least 5 or more employees.
  • Expert managing campaigns via a variety of digital advertising channels: including Facebook/Instagram, Adwords, Googleadsense, SEO
  • Highly proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other Web analytics platforms
  • Up-to-date SEO theory
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field, or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience
