Paid Search Specialist (PPC)

Anywhere Talent is looking for a Paid Search Specialist (PPC) who can help us accelerate growth and optimize our ad spend across PPC channels. The PPC Specialist will manage paid search campaigns for Google AdWords, Microsoft Advertising٫ and all other pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities. This role will work with the VP, Marketing and SEO Specialist to scale our acquisition strategy, optimize campaign performance, and maximize budget efficiencies across PPC channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo, and other search platforms.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Manage the creation of large keyword lists.
  • Manage Display network placement lists on Google Ads and through other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with Company goals.
  • Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with company goals.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, and Pinterest. Manage ads and, working with our marketing team, optimize content for these platforms.
  • Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of PPC and Paid Media experience managing large campaigns on Google, Bing, Youtube and the Google Display Network.
  • Deep knowledge of Google stack including Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize,Data Studio
  • Working knowledge of current and emerging trends and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in data analysis and Excel.
  • Must be able to draw actionable insights from data and make specific recommendations while being adept to change in market dynamics.
  • Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data.
  • Google Ads platform certification
  • Experience managing monthly search budgets
  • Excellent verbal communication and experience working well with teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work nonlinearly with solid time management and prioritization of tasks
  • Challenged by working in a fast-paced, open and entrepreneurial environment
  • Google Ads 360 and DV360 marketing platform experience a plus

Salary:  $500 monthly
