Luis Espino

Luis Espino serves as the Vice President of United Special Patrol, Inc., a position held since January 2009. Prior to this role, Luis Espino was the General Manager at Vanguard Security, Inc. from March 1993 to 2009, where responsibilities included overseeing all business operations, managing sales, human resources, and state-wide expansions, as well as ensuring compliance with policies and budgets. Luis Espino is an alumnus of Miami Dade College.
