J Claude UWAMUNGU is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program administration and human resources. Currently serving as a Program Assistant at USADF since November 2008, J Claude UWAMUNGU supports the USADF Country Program Coordinator in project management and office operations. Prior to this role, J Claude UWAMUNGU worked as a Human Resources and Administration Coordinator at ACDI/VOCA from July 2003 to November 2008, overseeing administrative and logistical functions for a USAID-funded project. J Claude UWAMUNGU began the career as a Tax Auditor Intern at the Rwanda Revenue Authority in early 2002. J Claude UWAMUNGU holds an MBA in Finance from the Maastricht School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Kigali Institute of Science, Technology, and Management.
