Jeffery Lucas

Jeffery Lucas is an experienced military leader currently serving as the Talent Assessments Team Lead for the US Army since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jeffery held significant positions including City Manager at U.S. Army Installation Management Command for Fort Drum, NY, and Secretary of the Joint Staff at USSOCOM. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Director for the 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) and Human Resources Manager for the 4th Infantry Division. Jeffery holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Dayton and multiple Master of Arts degrees in History and military studies from North Carolina State University, The United States Army War College, and the USAF Air Command and Staff College.
