Rachel Marshall

Rachel Marshall has extensive experience in equal employment opportunity (EEO) roles within various organizations, primarily in the military and veteran services sectors. Currently serving as EEO Director and Disability Program Manager for the US Army since July 2015, Rachel's previous positions include EEO Manager at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and EEO Officer at Crane Army Ammunition Activity. Additionally, Rachel held the role of EEO Manager at the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command and began her career in EEO counseling with the US Army. Prior to these roles, Rachel worked as Marketing Director for MWR - Morale, Welfare and Recreation DTA USA. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Northern Illinois University.
