Terrance McWilliams is an experienced professional currently serving as the Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army for Colorado South since October 2019, where responsibilities include public engagement and support for transitioning soldiers. McWilliams also holds board positions with the Colorado Community College System and Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center, and previously served on the Board of Directors for The Salvation Army and as Senior Vice President of the El Pomar Foundation, focusing on community stewardship in Colorado. Additional roles include leadership in efforts to support military personnel through Citizen Soldier Connection and American Red Cross, along with past chairmanship at Pikes Peak United Way. McWilliams holds a BA in Business Management from Franklin University and participated in the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute.
