Julia McStravog

Consultant, "for A Synodal Church: Communion, Participation, And Mission" at United States Conference of Catholic Bishops

Julia McStravog is a seasoned consultant currently working with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops on the "For a Synodal Church: Communion, Participation, and Mission" initiative since September 2021. Prior to this role, Julia served as Program Manager for Programs on Ethics, Religion, & the Holocaust at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum from April 2018 to April 2021, and held the position of Program and Research Specialist in the Secretariat for Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs at USCCB from August 2014 to April 2018. Julia's earlier experiences include roles as an Event Coordinator and Development Apprentice at the Jewish Council on Urban Affairs, and as a Family Advocacy Caseworker at the Christian Appalachian Project. Julia's educational background includes a ThD in Catholic Studies from La Salle University, an MA in Theology-Interreligious Dialogue from Catholic Theological Union, and a BA in Theology from Marymount University.
