Maura Moser

Maura Moser is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of the Catholic Communication Campaign and Communication Operations for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops since January 2021. Moser administers a $4 million annual grant program and promotes the national fundraising campaign while playing a key role in the Communications leadership team. Prior to this role, Moser worked as a consultant for social ministry nonprofits, offering various services such as communications, project management, and event coordination. Experience also includes positions at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, where Moser developed integrated communications strategies, and the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, where Moser held several increasingly responsible roles culminating in Director of Communications/Chief of Staff. Moser's early career included teaching ESL and working in public relations and photography. Moser holds a Master's degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Fine Arts, and Latin American Studies from Brandeis University.
