Eric Rosenberg has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Eric most recently worked for U.S. Cyber Command as a Cyber Operations Law Attorney starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief of Cyber Intellectual Property Law for the U.S. Air Force's 67th Cyberspace Wing for three years, where they provided legal advice and counsel on various areas including intellectual property law, cyberspace operations law, international law, and data privacy and security. During their time at the 67th Cyberspace Wing, they negotiated patent license agreements and authored an open-source software licensing policy.
Before their work with the Air Force, Eric was an Associate at DeVore & DeMarco LLP from 2015 to 2018. In this role, they provided counsel to clients on intellectual property rights, data privacy and security, cybercrime prevention, and cyber insurance policies. Eric also drafted amicus curiae briefs on technology law.
