Rob Paolucci

Director Of Logistics, J4 at United States Cyber Command

Rob Paolucci has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Rob is currently working at U.S. Cyber Command as the Director of Logistics, J4. Prior to this, they served as the Acting Director of Logistics, J4. Rob also worked as an Army National Guard Advisor to Commander, USCYBERCOM, where they were responsible for strategic cyber initiatives and served as a liaison between various military organizations. Before joining U.S. Cyber Command, they held the position of Deputy G-3/5/7 at the Army National Guard. In their earlier years, they served in the US Army as the Chief of the Mobilizations Division and as a Battalion Commander. Additionally, they held the position of Deputy National Guard Advisor to Commander at United States Cyber Command. Rob also worked at the National Guard Bureau as the Chief of the Security Cooperation Branch, where they supervised training deployment activities and engagements. Prior to that, they served on The Joint Staff as the Deputy Legislative Assistant to the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff and at the United States Senate as a Congressional Fellow. Rob started their career at the National Guard Bureau as the SOUTHCOM Desk Chief, where they managed theater security cooperation efforts. Rob also served in the United States Southern Command as the Joint Detention Group Operations Officer. Rob has a background in military operations, legislative affairs, and strategic planning.

Rob Paolucci's education history is as follows:

From 1997 to 1997, they attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where they focused on Medical Microbiology.

In 1998, they graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor's degree (BA) in Biology.

Rob later attended the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they obtained a Master of Science in Management in 2009.

In 2011, they attended the Joint Forces Staff College, National Defense University, for the Joint and Combined Warfighting School (JCWS).

Lastly, from 2014 to 2016, they attended The United States Army War College, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Strategic Studies.
