Willis Hayes

Willis Hayes is a skilled technician with extensive experience in radar and automation maintenance, currently serving at the United States Department of Defense since December 2020. Prior to this role, Willis Hayes worked as an Aviation Safety Inspector at DoD Civilian from October 2019 to December 2020, and as a New Equipment Instructor on ATNAVICS with Quantum Research International from November 2018 to October 2019. With a career that began in the Army from August 1998 to October 2019 focusing on Navaids equipment repair, Willis Hayes also obtained certification as a Digital Airport Surveillance Radar (DASR) specialist from the Federal Aviation Administration in March 2016. Educational background includes studies at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2013 to 2018 and completion of secondary education at Camden High School.
