Allison Spencer

Allison Spencer is an experienced professional in sports marketing and partnerships, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Partnerships at the United States Golf Association (USGA) since January 2024. Previously, Allison worked as an Associate Brand Manager at BetMGM, focusing on strategies that drive brand growth and audience engagement. Prior to that, experience includes roles at the New Jersey Devils as a Corporate Partnerships Activation Coordinator and event marketing staff, where management of partner assets and gameday operations were key responsibilities. Additional positions held include Platinum Memberships Manager at Topgolf and various roles in ticket operations and event coordination with the ECHL Inc. and New York Jets. Allison holds a degree in Sport Management from Rutgers University and an Associate's degree from Raritan Valley Community College.
