Jill Baggerman serves as a Program Officer at the United States Institute of Peace, focusing on project design, evaluation, and learning for the MENA region, while also contributing to conflict sensitivity tools and strategic planning. Previously, Jill held roles as a Research Analyst at USIP and as an Editor for The Wilson Center, providing subject matter expertise and editing support. Experience includes analyzing transboundary water arrangements at UNECE and supporting water and sanitation policy at WSSCC. Jill also has a background in conducting research on Chinese investments in South Sudan and ethno-religious discrimination in Iraq and Syria. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Global Policy Studies from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a Master's in Development, Sustainability, and Peace from the United Nations University Institute for Sustainability and Peace.
