Laura Leiva

Laura Leiva is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program management and administrative support within non-profit organizations focused on conflict resolution and democratic governance. Currently serving as a Program Specialist at the United States Institute of Peace since April 2023, Laura provides vital input for the Youth-led Participatory Action Research project in Colombia. Previous roles at the same institution include Senior Project Assistant and Project Administrator, where responsibilities involved overseeing administrative tasks and supporting the Citizen Security Dialogues project. Laura's background also includes serving as a Senior Program Associate and Program Associate at the International Republican Institute, contributing to program design and evaluation in Colombia.
