James Jones

James Jones has a wealth of experience in operations and management roles. Currently, James serves as the Chief of Product Fulfillment and Retail Operations at the United States Mint, overseeing various operational processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Prior to this, James held leadership positions at the United States Postal Service, where James managed sales outreach programs and strategic account operations. James also has experience in executive rental division management and government account management. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
