Chris Clements is the Director at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since January 2022 and also serves as Director at People Optimization since January 2017. Previously, Chris Clements was the Men's National Team Coach for USA Field Hockey from January 2012 to December 2016 and held the position of Associate Head Coach at Boston College from August 2007 to December 2011. Chris Clements has international experience as a player and coach with Hockey Club Klein Zwitserland in The Hague, Holland, from July 2005 to July 2007, and also played and coached at SV Kampong from August 2004 to May 2005. Early in the career, Chris Clements was a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Christchurch Boys High School from January 2001 to July 2004. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from the University of Canterbury and a Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning from Christchurch College of Education, both obtained from 1997 to 2000. Chris Clements is a graduate of Christchurch Boys' High School.
