Jessica Priem

Jessica Priem has extensive experience in human resources and compensation. Jessica currently works at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee as Vice President of People Operations, where they develop and leads the organization's people strategy. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Total Rewards, Associate Director of Talent Rewards, Compensation Manager, and Compensation Analyst at the same committee. Before joining the USOPC, Jessica worked as a Compensation Consultant, providing guidance on compensation issues and conducting market analysis. Jessica also worked as a Compensation Manager and Compensation Analyst/Consultant at Maricopa County, where they supervised staff and developed compensation policies. Additionally, they have experience as an HR Generalist at Recreation Centers of Sun City and as an HR Specialist at Northern Arizona University.

Jessica Priem holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Human Resources, which they obtained from Northern Arizona University between the years 1996 and 2000. In 2019, they attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth for the WISE Executive Leadership program. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Certified HR Business Partner from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in August 2018, Creating a Compelling Job Description from LinkedIn in April 2018, HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn in November 2017, CCP from WorldatWork in July 2017, SHRM-CP from SHRM in April 2015, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2004.
