Lance Davis

Lance Davis is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since May 2021. Prior to this role, Lance held various positions at Widefield School District 3, including Benefits Administrator and Human Resources Associate/Recruiting Coordinator, from March 2016 to May 2021. Early career experience includes roles at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar as a Bar Server, PepperJax Grill as a Crew Trainer, and Champs Sports as a Salesman. Lance obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completing studies in December 2015.
