Lauren Park

Lauren Park is a Performance Innovation Specialist at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, where responsibilities include coordinating and optimizing business operations, managing procurement processes, and overseeing a $10M budget. Prior to this role, Lauren interned at Wellesley College, where event operations and social media were developed during the pandemic, and MIT's CSAIL, where a manuscript on medical licensure standards was published under mentorship. Additional experience includes project management at 500 Global, market research at KingsCrowd, and medical affairs at Pfizer. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Wellesley College and has studied at MIT Sloan School of Management and DIS.
