Sara Pflipsen

Sara Pflipsen currently serves as a Mother since September 2023 and has been with the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) since June 2011, where roles include USOC Associate Athlete Ombudsman and Senior Counsel, Dispute Resolution and Athlete Affairs. In these positions, Sara provides independent legal advice to athletes and National Governing Bodies (NGBs), mediates disputes, advocates for athlete rights, and drafts policies. Prior experience includes working at Google as a Legal Operations Coordinator, where Sara developed departmental policies and negotiated legal fees, teaching English as a Second Language in Indonesia and Thailand, and serving as Project Coordinator at Formula PR, creating promotional campaigns for various brands. Sara holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Sociology from UCLA.
