Stuart Lieberman

Stuart Lieberman is an accomplished media and public relations professional with extensive experience in the sports industry. Currently serving as the Director of Media and Public Relations at New York Road Runners since February 2016, Stuart leads media efforts for the organization producing 60 races annually, including the TCS New York City Marathon. Prior roles include Senior Manager, Media and Public Relations, and Coordinator at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, as well as a Media Consultant for World Para Ice Hockey. Additional notable experiences include moderating the Boston Marathon Press Conference and serving as Deputy Mixed Zone Supervisor for the World Athletics Championships Oregon22. Stuart's career began with roles as a Sports Reporter at Opelika-Auburn News and internships with the United States Olympic Committee. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has furthered education at The Umbra Institute.
