Alison Kocoras

Alison Kocoras has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. Alison currently works at the U.S. Soccer Federation as VP, Safeguarding - Response & Welfare, where they establish and administers safeguarding reporting and response policies. Prior to this, they served as Senior Counsel at U.S. Soccer, overseeing the athlete safety program. Alison has also worked as a Safe Sport Administrator at U.S. Soccer, responsible for administering the athlete safety program.

Before their time at U.S. Soccer, Alison served as the Director of Human Resources at U.S. Soccer Federation from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Certified Personal Trainer at Lifetime Fitness in 2006.

Alison's early career includes roles at Winston & Strawn LLP as an Associate, Labor & Employment Relations, and Loyola University Chicago as an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach. At U.S. Soccer Federation, they held the position of General Counsel and Staff Attorney, where they managed litigation, advised on legal matters, and drafted contracts.
