Chelle Adams

Chelle Adams has extensive experience in financial and transformational leadership roles. Chelle is currently the Chief Financial Officer at the U.S. Soccer Federation as of November 2023. Previously, they worked at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, where they served as the Chief Transformation Officer from January 2023 to August 2023 and as the Chief Financial Officer from June 2022 to January 2023. Prior to that, Adams held various positions at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, including Chief Financial Officer from April 2015 to June 2022. Chelle also served as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller from April 2014 to April 2015 and as the Vice President, Chief Internal Auditor from August 2012 to April 2014. Earlier in their career, Adams worked at RubinBrown LLP as the Partner in Charge of the Hospitality & Gaming Services Group from June 2003 to August 2012 and at Deloitte & Touche as a Manager in the Enterprise Risk Services Group from January 1998 to June 2003.

Chelle Adams earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Truman State University from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, Chelle has obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
