Elaine Yasminie has been working with the U.S. Soccer Federation since 2019, starting as an International Relations Manager, then progressing to roles such as Sporting Operations Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and currently serving as the Vice President of Sporting Operations. Prior to this, Elaine worked for the CBF - Confederação Brasileira de Futebol - Brazil Soccer from 2012 to 2019, where they held the position of Team Administrator and later became the Strategic Planning and Development Manager. Additionally, they have worked as a Medical Interpreter for Cross Cultural Communication Systems, Inc. from 2008 to 2012. Elaine's work experience showcases their expertise in sports management, strategic planning, and cross-cultural communication.

Elaine Yasminie L. received a Master's degree in Sports Studies from the FIFA Master - International MA in Management, Law and Humanities of Sport from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied Global Business, Management & Entrepreneurship at Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School from 2008 to 2012. Elaine Yasminie completed their high school education at Cambridge Rindge and Latin School, earning a High School Diploma from 2005 to 2008.
