Peyton Cabot

Peyton Cabot is a seasoned professional in sports operations, currently serving as the Senior Team Administrator for Youth National Teams at the U.S. Soccer Federation since May 2025. Prior to this role, Peyton held the position of First Team Administrator at Atlanta United FC from January 2025 to May 2025, and served as Director of Operations for Austin FC II & Academy and Manager of Team Operations for Austin FC II from January 2023 to November 2024. Peyton's earlier experience includes a return to the U.S. Soccer Federation as a Team Administrator for Youth National Teams from December 2021 to January 2023 and a role as Director of Women's Soccer Operations at Indiana University Bloomington from August 2021 to March 2022. Additional roles include Member Services Program Director at Charlotte Independence Soccer Club, Team Operations Manager at Charlotte Independence, and Women's Soccer Manager at Charlotte 49ers Athletics, among others. Peyton earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
