Barbara Baker

Barbara Baker is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in aerospace and defense. Currently serving as the Deputy Program Executive Officer for MilComm & PNT at the United States Space Force, Barbara manages a 750-member team and provides leadership for a $22 billion program. Previous roles include Senior Materiel Leader at the Command and Control Systems Division and Division Chief at the Acquisition Center of Excellence with the United States Air Force, where Barbara managed teams and supported complex acquisition processes. Barbara's diverse career also includes program management roles at AT&T and BAE Systems, as well as active duty in the United States Air Force. Barbara holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee and a BS in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University.
