Erica Mitchell

Erica Mitchell, CISSP, PhD, is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Delta 26 Commander and Director of Cyber and Spectrum Operations Integration at the United States Space Force since June 2023. Prior to this role, Erica was a Senior Service College Student at the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy from July 2022 to June 2023. Erica's extensive experience includes positions as a Cloud Consultant with the US Army, Critical Infrastructure Key Resources Research Group Lead at the Army Cyber Institute, and various roles within the US Army where Erica focused on information systems management and signal operations. Erica Mitchell holds a PhD in Information Science and Technology from Syracuse University, as well as multiple advanced degrees including a Master of Science in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School and additional research in law, ethics, and policy in cybersecurity.
