Iris M. currently serves as the Civilian Squadron Director and Materiel Leader for the GPS IIIF program at the United States Space Force, specializing in Positioning Navigation & Timing within the Space Systems Command. Previously, Iris held various roles at the United States Air Force, including Program Manager as BizOps Chief for Tactical SATCOM. Iris's experience also encompasses leadership positions in nonprofit organizations, such as Director of Fund Development for Community Legal Aid SoCal and Editor In Chief at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, where management included overseeing business development, outreach, and strategic planning. Throughout this career, Iris has demonstrated expertise in program management, project implementation, and team leadership across diverse sectors.
