Justin Spring

Justin Spring serves as the Deputy Director for the Spectrum Warfare Program at the United States Space Force, a position held since May 2021, while also contributing as Chief of the Enabling Capabilities Division at SAF/SQ. Spring's career includes a tenure as a Secretary of Defense Executive Fellow at Morgan Stanley, focused on integrating industry best practices into the Department of Defense. Previous roles with the United States Air Force encompass extensive program management and a faculty position as an Assistant Professor of Physics. Spring holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Oxford, alongside an MS in Engineering Physics from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a BA in Astrophysics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
