Mark Stump

Mark Stump is an experienced legal and procurement professional with a diverse background in contract management and acquisition within federal agencies and private organizations. Currently serving as a Program Attorney and Procuring Contracting Officer at the United States Space Force since March 2020, Mark has previously held key roles, including Senior Acquisition Manager at SAIC and Contract Manager at Cydecor, Inc., where management of over 40 prime and subcontracts was a highlight. Mark's expertise encompasses a range of responsibilities, including leading procurement activities for the F-35 Joint Program Office and managing extensive contracting operations for the US Army. With a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside, Mark has also gained legal experience as a Law Clerk and Public Defender.
