Zachary Bend

Zachary Bend is an Attorney Advisor at the United States Tax Court since September 2020. Prior to that, Zachary worked as a Law Clerk at the Taxpayer Advocate Service from August 2018 to September 2020. Additionally, Zachary served as a Presidential Management Fellow at the Tax Division, Office of Review, Financial Litigation Unit within the U.S. Department of Justice from February 2020 to July 2020. Zachary holds a Doctor of Law degree from Cornell Law School and Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware.
